Alex is a widowed store owner with two young children. Alex has his own demons; his wife is dead and has two adorable and scrappy kids. He doesn’t want to hide them from Katie, and the two begin a romantic relationship.

Safe Haven relies on a sense that something bad is about to happen. The plot is mixed with a hearty dose of magical realism like most of the novels by Nicholas Sparks; melodramatic romances where young and beautiful people face emotional difficulties but eventually resolve their difficulties.Safe Haven 1

 

This movie is your average drama and love story with a bit of a surprise when you get to watch it and it is targeted for teenage girls. They should have made this for TV and not for movie theaters.

    Very week movie, no character development with a so so script.

    Wasted my time watching it, it would have been best if this movie is made for TV.
