New York City is gripped with crime and corruption with Shredder and his evil Foot Clan has an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future of the city is grim until four outcast brothers rose from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and become heroes.
The four mutant turtles have to work with April O’Neil, a fearless TV reporter and her cameraman Vern Fenwick in order to save the city and unravel the diabolical plan of Shredder and his evil Foot Clan. April O’Neil aims to get footage of the nasty Foot gang that is terrorizing New York when she stumbles upon the four Turtles that she remembers from her childhood.
Unless you grew up in the ‘80’s and liked the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles back then, don’t bother spending your money and time on this one. The plot is ridiculous with too much unnecessary violence and the dialogues are bad. Production design is also bad with the costumes of the four Turtles looking like rubber outfits.
This is as bad if not worst as the last four sequels. This is another needless sequel.
Megan Fox stars as April O’Neal and directed by Jonathan Liebesman.
